We currently ship across India. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • Free Shipping: All orders above ₹999 are eligible for free standard shipping.
  • Standard Shipping: For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹50 will be charged.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • We strive to deliver your products within 5-7 business days from the date of order placement.
  • Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location or during peak seasons, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • You will receive a notification with your tracking details once your order has been shipped.

5. Tracking Your Order

After dispatch, you can track your order using the tracking details provided via email or SMS. For assistance, feel free to contact our customer support team.

7. Undelivered Orders

If we are unable to deliver your order due to incorrect address details or unavailability, the package may be returned to us. In such cases:

  • We will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional charges may apply).
  • If redelivery is not possible, a refund will be initiated as per our Refund Policy.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged product or your order is incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Share clear photos of the package and item(s) at care@clothingart.in  for a quick resolution.
